Cute and Simple Sundays!

So we have a new segment at Magnolia-licious...Rene's Cute and Simple Sundays.  Lol!  If you've been to my blog you know my style is CAS.  I love looking at Fussy and Fancy cards but they are so very difficult for me to do!  So Shawn is letting me show off my "simple skills!' Hahahaha! 

 

This Sunday I'm using Sweet Tilda with Bandaid.  Again, I was not impressed with this collection until I actually started playing with it.  I love it!!!

Tilda in Heart Pockets!

I'm not going to lie...when I first received the fall Magnolia kit I was disappointed.  But, then I started playing with the images and I just fell in love!!!!

 

This little girl is called Tilda in Heart Pockets and she has a sentiment to accompany her.

Her name is Wryn Goes Caroling and I think she's adorable.  Then again, I think all the images are adorable!  And I love digis because they never run out!  There's nothing more frustrating than trying to find a stamp but it's sold out everywhere!

It's almost that time...

I know, I know...some of you have your Christmas decorations up, the Christmas music playing, your presents are all wrapped and I commend you for it!  For those of you who love Christmas, your spirit is infectious!  Keep it up...even when you meet a Scrooge (like myself!).  Actually, ESPECIALLY when you meet a Scrooge!!!!

Stella Says Sketch Challenge



More Foamiran!

I've been having so much fun playing with this Foamiran!  For this card I layered two different colors for a little extra pop.  I have watched several tutorials and they all use an iron to heat their Foamiran.  As someone who never ever ever irons, I was afraid using it would result in my house burning down.  Considering how many paper products I own, it's a fire that might burn for a few years.  So for this card I simply pressed the Foamiran into my light bulb.  Lol!

CC Designs nailed it!

Sometimes a new release comes out and I fall in love with every single image!  CC Designs did just that!  I love al the new images.  This little cutie, Swiss Pixie Poofy Dress, was begging for a purple and pink card...so I complied.  😉

 

 

I used Spica glitter pens...it only shows up when the light hits just right...
