This week's challenge!

Let's Get Physical!

 Too often we neglect ourselves while we take care of everyone else...this week, focus on getting out and getting some exercise.  Walking is great for clearning the mind and healing the spirit!

OMG... I have that "resolution" since last october. and almost did not miss a day... this morning, I am looking out. It is snowing in Montreal. I might as well get my hat and scarf out. Hugs.

You read my mind. I've mapped a 2 mile walk for every morning and before I do anything else, I'm taking the morning to spend on the nature trail. Perhaps it will clear the mind for some new creative ideas. :) Now if the rain will cooperate, that would help the process too.
